Ethics Charter

We value “business ethics” the most within our company management and business activities. All of board of directors and staff members are trying to work rationally under the process management principles. Furthermore, we seek for maximization of corporate image and profit under various regulations of every region.

Also, all the board of directors and staff members have right ethics and value judgment that can lead to company’s goal achievement. The relationship between company and employees is based on mutual trust and we both seek for co-prosperity from satisfying all interested parties’ pride.

  • 1. All employees contribute more to the interests of the company than to the interest of individual
      1) Performing tasks effectively and efficiently
      2) Decision making to gain company benefit rather than personal benefit
      3) Do not take advantage of your personal position to make inappropriate personal gains

ANTI-CORRUPTION / PREVENTION OF BRIBERY
  • 1. All employees must not bribe third party (public institution/interested party) : Gifts, regalement, providing travel or employment of relatives
  • 2. All employees must not use their position to demand money or regalement from cooperative firm
  • 3. All employees must not illegally use or embezzle company money
WHISTLE-BLOWING
  • 1. All employees shall report any violation of the company’s code of conduct, prevention of corruption, bribery through right whistle-blowing method. (Phone or report)
  • 2. We must keep the identity of the whistleblower in secret and prevent retaliation and violations from the company, individual or department
  • 3. Once the complaint is filed, the relevant department should conduct a fact-finding investigation, report the results and take disciplinary action
