We strictly refuse the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email harvesting programs or any other technical devices. Please be advised that violations of this policy will result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

■ Relevant Regulations

Anyone who illegally collects, sells, distributes, or uses email addresses using technical devices shall be subject to a fine of up to 10 million KRW in accordance with Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

• ① No person shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically harvest email addresses from an internet homepage where an intention to refuse the collection of email addresses is explicitly stated.
• ② No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
