- Howon establishes and executes sustainable development plans to build a human-centric and eco-friendly production system, thereby realizing our corporate management philosophy. Based on a site-oriented environment and safety management framework, we aim to achieve a "ZERO Environmental & Safety Accidents" status and fulfill our vision of a "3-Zero Workplace (Zero Accidents, Zero Pollution, Zero Occupational Diseases)" in a pleasant and safe setting. Furthermore, building on a shared consensus across the company and all employees regarding the importance of environmental management, we establish and promote proactive strategies to address environmental and safety issues.

- In conducting our production activities based on health, safety, and environmental initiatives, Howon is dedicated to continuous improvement and effort. Recognizing HSE as a core element of our business operations, we sincerely declare our commitment to the following principles to achieve our 3-Zero Workplace vision.

Recognizing HSE management as our top priority,
we consider health, safety, and the environment foremost
throughout the entire product lifecycle, including design, production, use, and disposal.02
All employees shall comply with laws, regulations, and other requirements.
We continuously conduct education and training to ensure active
participation in activities that prevent HSE accidents.03
To efficiently use resources and energy, prevent pollution, avoid accidents,
and maintain a pleasant working environment, we establish an advanced
HSE management system with a strong emphasis on the implementation
and advancement of the PSM (Process Safety Management) system.04
Based on Responsible Care (RC) activities, we engage in open-minded
dialogue with neighboring companies, local residents, customers, and shareholders,
faithfully fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities.
