Category Details
Code of Conduct 1. All employees must prioritize the company's maximum benefit over personal interests.
   1) Perform duties effectively and efficiently.
   2) Make decisions that benefit the company rather than oneself.
   3) Prohibit the use of one's position to gain improper personal benefits.
2. Comply with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Protect and appropriately use company assets.
4. Strictly prohibit the disclosure of company secrets to third parties.
5. Ensure fair treatment: No discrimination against partners, competitors, or employees.
6. Protect human rights.
Anti-Corruption / Bribery Prevention 1. Employees must not offer bribes to third parties (public institutions/stakeholders) for business advantage, including gifts, entertainment, travel arrangements, or employing relatives.
2. Employees must not use their position to demand money, valuables, or entertainment from business partners.
3. Embezzlement or illegal use of company funds is strictly prohibited.
Whistleblowing 1. If any violation of the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, or Bribery Prevention policies is discovered, employees must report it through the official whistleblowing channels (via phone or written report).
2. The whistleblower's identity shall remain strictly confidential, and they must be protected from any form of retaliation from the company, specific individuals, or departments.
3. Upon receiving a report, the relevant department must conduct a thorough investigation, report the findings, and take appropriate disciplinary action.
